Refund Policy

At Vellure, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, refunds and exchanges are only available if your item is defective in quality or if the wrong size was shipped (in the case of an exchange). You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange:

  2. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
  3. Ship the item back to us—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once we receive the item.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange:

✔️ Only items with quality defects or incorrect sizing qualify for returns or exchanges.
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
✔️ Customers must return the product to us to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

📌 Note: We provide detailed product descriptions to ensure you make an informed purchase. Returns are only accepted for defective items, which is a rare occurrence.
